Comme nous ne consommons pas de lait, habituellement j&rsquo;utilise du lait en poudre.<br \/>\nLes pancakes achet\u00e9s, \u00e0 part les additifs pas terribles, ont 28 g de sucre pour 100 g et Yuka trouve que c&rsquo;est trop. Dans l&rsquo;ancienne recette je mettais 75 g de sucre pour 250 g de farine. Si vous faites le calcul vous verrez que c&rsquo;est pire !<br \/>\nLa derni\u00e8re fois j&rsquo;avais trouv\u00e9 que 250 g de farine \u00e7a faisait trop de pancakes mais je n&rsquo;ai pas os\u00e9 diviser les quantit\u00e9s par deux de peur d&rsquo;avoir une p\u00e2te n&rsquo;ayant pas la bonne consistance. \u00c7a se garde bien au frigo et 20 secondes au micro-ondes font que je me suis r\u00e9gal\u00e9 quelques p&rsquo;tit d\u00e9j avec un peu de miel &#x1f90f;&#x1f60b;.<\/p>\n<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>60 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>50 g de beurre qu&rsquo;on peut remplacer par de la margarine.<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>40 cl de lait entier<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>R\u00e9alisation<\/h1>\n<p>Versez la farine et la levure dans un saladier.<br \/>\nAjoutez le sucre, le sucre vanill\u00e9 et le sel.<br \/>\nAjoutez les oeufs, le beurre fondu et un peu de lait puis travaillez la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nMouillez avec le reste du lait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te forme un ruban.<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire les pancakes dans une petite po\u00eale beurr\u00e9e bien chaude. Versez une demi-louche de pr\u00e9paration et faites cuire 2 \u00e0 3 minutes le temps que des bulles se forment \u00e0 la surface.
