{"id":11574,"date":"2024-11-12T06:00:30","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T05:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/humm.loverde.fr\/?p=11574"},"modified":"2024-10-14T07:58:31","modified_gmt":"2024-10-14T06:58:31","slug":"sandwich-wrap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/humm.loverde.fr\/?p=11574","title":{"rendered":"Sandwich Wrap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Inspir\u00e9 d&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o courte qui vous donne l&rsquo;impression que c&rsquo;est facile et rapide mais \u00e7a ne l&rsquo;est pas toujours.<br \/>\nPour un premier essai j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des tortillas du vieux qui passe.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients wrap<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Fromage \u00e0 tartiner ail et fines herbes<br \/>\n\u2022 saumon fum\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 avocat m\u00fbr \u00e0 point<br \/>\n\u2022 salade sauc\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u2022 feuilles de laitue<br \/>\n\u2022 tortillas maison ou du vieux qui passe<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients tortillas<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 190 g de farine tout usage non blanchie<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<br \/>\n\u2022 125 ml d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile de canola<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration tortillas<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine et le sel. Faire un puits au centre du bol et y verser l\u2019eau et l\u2019huile. M\u00e9langer avec une fourchette jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la farine soit enti\u00e8rement absorb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 et p\u00e9trir 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te lisse et souple. D\u00e9poser dans un bol, couvrir et laisser reposer 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la p\u00e2te en 4 parts \u00e9gales. Fa\u00e7onner chaque part en boule. Laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, abaisser chaque boule de p\u00e2te pour former un disque d\u2019environ 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Cuire un disque de p\u00e2te \u00e0 la fois 1 minute. Lorsque des bulles commencent \u00e0 se former, retourner la tortilla \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule. Poursuivre la cuisson de 1 \u00e0 2 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la tortilla soit bien gonfl\u00e9e. R\u00e9server sur une assiette, recouverte d\u2019un linge propre et sec pour conserver l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et la chaleur jusqu\u2019au service.<\/p>\n<p>Les tortillas se conservent 2 jours dans un sac herm\u00e9tique \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration wrap<\/h2>\n<p>Couper un rayon aux ciseaux.<br \/>\nGarnir chaque quart :<br \/>\n1. Fromage + feuille de laitue<br \/>\n2. Saumon<br \/>\n3. Avocat coup\u00e9 en tranches<br \/>\n4.
