Les \u00e9plucher puis les \u00e9craser avec une fourchette, ajouter 1 noix de beurre puis du lait, suffisamment pour obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse. Saler, poivrer et ajouter le hach\u00e9 d&rsquo;ail et persil.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Poisson<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00c9mincer l&rsquo;oignon puis le faire revenir dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Une fois l&rsquo;oignon fondu ajouter le poisson coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux. D\u00e9poser le poisson \u00e9miett\u00e9 sur toute la surface. Recouvrir d&rsquo;une nouvelle couche de pur\u00e9e. Saupoudrer de chapelure.
