Je ne sais pas mais j&rsquo;aime bien changer, alors je ne la r\u00e9alise pas toujours de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. Un peu avant la fin, ajouter l&rsquo;ail.<br \/>\nQuand l&rsquo;ail a r\u00e9veill\u00e9 ses ar\u00f4mes ajouter la tomate.<br \/>\nSaler poivrer et mijoter au moins 1\/2 heure.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire les gnocchis comme indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;eau bouillonne, le temps qu&rsquo;ils remontent \u00e0 la surface.<br \/>\nDans les ingr\u00e9dients il y a le parmesan bien s\u00fbr! Le grana padano?<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 un article qui met les choses au clair une fois pour toute, le grana padano ce n&rsquo;est pas du parmesan!<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0Souvent confondus, le parmesan et le grana padano sont deux fromages italiens \u00e0 p\u00e2te press\u00e9e cuite.
