En plus \u00e7a tombe bien parce que dans la recette traditionnelle il fallait des carottes et je n&rsquo;allais pas faire 9 km (4,5 aller-retour) pour deux carottes ! Sans conter que l&rsquo;extraction du texte de la Photo de la recette est plus simple que le copier coller de sites web.<br \/>\nDonc voici la recette Seb sortie du vieux livre tout jauni qui date de notre premi\u00e8re cocote, et \u00e7a ne date pas d&rsquo;hier !<br \/>\nPour 1126 g j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 sortir 713 g de viande! Par-dessus, d\u00e9posez le panier souple contenant les pommes de terre<br \/>\n\u00e9pluch\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en 2. Salez et poivrez. Fermez la cocotte-minute.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez cuire 20 minutes \u00e0 partir de la mise en rotation de la soupape<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, commencez \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer une sauce blanche en m\u00e9langeant<br \/>\nsur feu doux 50 g de beurre ou 3 cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;huile avec 40 g de farine. Laissez<br \/>\nrefroidir ce roux. Vous y ajouterez ensuite 1 bol 1\/2 de bouillon de blanquette<br \/>\nlorsque celle-ci sera cuite (voir recette d\u00e9taill\u00e9e chapitre des sauces).
