Les plats qu&rsquo;on aime, si possible avec des petites variantes. Donc me voici sur un risotto. De midi il me restait des champignons de Paris coup\u00e9s en lamelles de 3 \u00e0 4 mm. La r\u00e9alisation s&rsquo;en est trouv\u00e9e simplifi\u00e9e mais sinon il suffit de cuire les champignons.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le riz, il faut th\u00e9oriquement du riz Arborio italien mais du riz pour paella fait aussi bien l&rsquo;affaire. Pr\u00e9parer 1\/2 litre de bouillon de poulet avec un cube ou maison.<\/p>\n<p>Passer dans la po\u00eale n\u00b02, huil\u00e9e tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 feu doux (6\/14), les champignons de Paris coup\u00e9s en lamelle de 2 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur environ apr\u00e8s avoir coup\u00e9 la queue (circoncis ?!) et pel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un couvercle et jeter l&rsquo;eau de temps en temps. Reserver au chaud sur la plaque \u00e9teinte.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la po\u00eale 1, quand l&rsquo;oignon est devenu transparent, mettre le riz et le griller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les grains deviennent transparent.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter alors le bouillon par petite quantit\u00e9s et laisser absorber avant de rajouter du bouillon \u00e0 nouveau. Sans cesser de touiller. C&rsquo;est la partie la plus longue mais c&rsquo;est ce qui fait le bon go\u00fbt du risotto.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin la partie que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, lorsque le riz est presque cuit, go\u00fbter pour v\u00e9rifier.<\/p>\n<p>Cinq \u00e0 dix minutes avant la fin ajouter le parmesan et les champignon.<\/p>\n<p>Oui mais c&rsquo;est quand 5 \u00e0 10 Minutes avant la fin, me direz-vous ? Simplement lorsque le riz est quasiment cuit.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pour \u00e7a que la partie \u00ab\u00a0goutage\u00a0\u00bb est importante en plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre agr\u00e9able !<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter avant de servir, le persil hach\u00e9 \u00e0 la main. Tiens \u00e7a me fait penser que j&rsquo;avais achet\u00e9 des ciseaux avec plusieurs lames et que je ne m&rsquo;en sert pas.
