Le recherche sur Humm! n&rsquo;ayant rien donn\u00e9e j&rsquo;ai fouill\u00e9 dans mes archives. Sur une pate feuillete, \u00e7a pourrait ressembler \u00e0 une pizza, mais non pas trop. En tout cas c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux, peut-\u00eatre plus que les photos ne le laissent para\u00eetre. Je n&rsquo;ai pas mis d&rsquo;aneth, pour ne pas perdre la moiti\u00e9 des go\u00fbteurs &#x1f625;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 oignon, coup\u00e9 en fine lamelles<\/li>\n<li>4 gousses d&rsquo;ail, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>400 g de jeunes pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards<\/li>\n<li>100 g de ricotta<\/li>\n<li>100 g de f\u00e9ta, \u00e9miett\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<li>Une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu<\/li>\n<li>Un peu de paprika.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans un fait-tout \u00e0 bords hauts (les \u00e9pinards \u00e7a prend de la place avant de r\u00e9duire en volume \u00e0 la cuisson) sur feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Faire sauter les oignons et l&rsquo;ail pendant 5 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient ramollis.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les \u00e9pinards (en plusieurs fois si n\u00e9cessaire) et faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils ramollissent, quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la ricotta et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la majeure partie du liquide se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9, 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9goutter au chinois, puis remettre dans le fait tout. Incorporer la f\u00e9ta et le sel. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9rouler la feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Utiliser une fourchette pour percer des trous dans la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, puis badigeonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire au four pendant 10 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pate soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement brunie et boursoufl\u00e9e. Si la pate gonfle trop il sera n\u00e9cessaire de la piquer \u00e0 nouveau avec la fourchette.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e du four et \u00e9taler dessus le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards, en laissant une bordure de 1 cm sur les bords. Saupoudrez de paprika. Cuire au four pendant 10-15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ce soit chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne pouvais pas inventer un truc pareil !
