Dissolvez la levure dans l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de et laissez reposer quelques minutes.<br \/>\nVersez progressivement l&rsquo;eau avec la levure dans le m\u00e9lange de farine et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. P\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te pendant environ 10-15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit souple et \u00e9lastique. Formez une boule, couvrez-la d&rsquo;un linge propre et laissez reposer pendant environ 1 \u00e0 2 heures dans un endroit chaud jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle double de volume.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffage du four<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 230\u00b0C. Ce qui est pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 habituellement c&rsquo;est entre 230 et 250\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration de la pizza<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e pour obtenir la forme d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<br \/>\nD\u00e9limiter les bords avec le bout des doigts tout en \u00e9tirant la p\u00e2te de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les bords de la pizza que l&rsquo;on badigeonnera d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive afin qu&rsquo;ils dorent.<br \/>\n\u00c9talez une fine couche de sauce tomate sur la p\u00e2te. Ajoutez des morceaux de mozzarella de bufflonne sur la sauce tomate et les olives. Si vous aimez, disposez quelques anchois sur la pizza.
